故障机型：DELL R540服务器

故障问题：DELL R540服务器无法开机，前面板亮黄灯，工程师通过登陆IDRAC管理口查看到故障日志有如下：

1：CPU 1 MEM012 VPP PG voltage is outside of range

2：Fan 4 RPM is less than the lower critical threshold

3：The storage BP1 Signal cable is not connected, or is improperly connected

4：The system board lntrusion cable or interconnect is not connected, or is improperly connected

5：The system board VGA cable or interconnect is not connected, or is improperly connected

6：The system board pfault fail-safe voltage is outside of range.

维修方式：用户送修到冠峰售后中心

处理结果：通过分析IDRAC故障信息后更换相关部件可以正常点亮，检查硬盘以及RAID正常，进Win2012R2系统正常。
